We already mentioned to you that during the NITRADOG Carnival Cup, an unofficial Senior Handling competition will take place in the Activity Ring. We also mentioned that this is a competition for fun and if you participate in it, you will support the activities of the Junior Handling Club Slovakia (for example, Toy Handling).

But we didn’t bring you the names of the people who will pick the top three. This time, the competition will be judged by three Slovak judges who are also passionate exhibitors:

Of course! The Nitradog Carnival Cup will also open the SENIOR HANDLING competition – a competition for fun but also to improve your handling skills!

Who once fell in love with junior handling wants always come back to it. If you belong to ex junior handlers or you want to have fun in the show ring, Junior handling klub Slovensko has prepared this special activity for you.

We often say that the junior handlers are more skilled then the adults in the show rings. At our shows it is time to show again, that also the adults have talent and can show their dog on a high level.

SENIOR HANDLING 18+ is opened during all days for everyone over 18 years. It will be held in the Activity ring, hall M5.

Entry fee is 10€ and the income will be used for financing Junior handling klub Slovensko activity – TOY HANDLING, what is free of charge for the youngest. Show us what you got but mostly let’s have some fun. Show us what you got but mostly let’s have some fun.

Don’t worry, we haven´t forgotten our little ones at the Nitradog Carnival Cup! We are preparing the TOY HANDLING competition again! In Slovakia, for safety reasons, the “Child and Dog” competition has not been held at international or national shows for several years. However, we want to nurture the passion for dog shows (and pedigree dogs) among our youngest, whose age doesn’t yet allow them to compete in Junior Handling. Inspired by a lovely Scandinavian competition, we decided to introduce it to our shows. After the very successful competitions at previous Nitradog and Dogfestival shows, children up to 9 years old can once again experience the excitement of the show. They’ll demonstrate skills like the “up & down” or a circle, but with no worries about a dog running away or pulling the little handler. They will show their toys – whether plush, on wheels, or others.
TOY HANDLING will be open ALL DAYS this time, giving children the opportunity to improve and enjoy each show day. Parental presence is required to sign GDPR forms.Don’t forget to plan your visit to ACTIVITY RING in Hall M5! Your applause will truly brighten the day for these little participants.
The TOY HANDLING competition is FREE OF CHARGE, but if you want to support this activity, we’d love to see you in the SENIOR HANDLING competition, which subsidizes Toy Handling.

It´s your time to shine!

Do you like the world of dog shows and would you like to compete in the show ring? The Junior handling competition is for you then! The competition where the quality of the shown dogs is not judged, but the quality of the handling is. Where our cynological future focuses on developing handling skills, but also develops personality. Winning is nice, but the meaning of the competition is much deeper. At the shows NITRADOG Carnival Cup, Junior handling competition will take place during all show days.

We believe that we will discover new talents from Slovakia and abroad. Points will be counted also to the TOP OUTLANDER JUNIOR HANDLER for the best Junior handler from abroad.
